Sunday in the Park

We decided to forgo our usual Sunday nap and give Aaron a view of what Emily and I have seen of Memphis. He claims Memphis is a pretty scary place, but I'll be fine if I leave without seeing the places he's been too. We took him to Mud Island River Park for a walk in the park. It was a perfect day- just slightly overcast not the usual humid incredibly hot heat that permeates us on a day to day basis.

Love the pics! David told me about your Dad... How is he doing? For what it's worth, Dave is a pretty good Murse, and he said your pops should be good as new. Still, I'd like to hear... LUVS!! Alli

Mud Island is fun! I need to take Carl there sometime. Looks like you enjoyed your Sunday afternoon!
In the pictures of the bridge I would fish right under the arkansas side. That is so cool you guys are out there. I want to go back so bad. I told tons of people about our popcorn texting, they were all laughing. Call us as soon as you guys get home. gentry

Christmas in Germany

Christmas 2016 Bernkastel-Kues Christmas morning Our Christmas was a little different this year, or I guess a lot different because of being in a different country and far away from the family and friends we love. We celebrated about a week and a half early because Emily went to spend Christmas with her other family and Aaron had to work on Christmas. Emily left the day after the girls' last day of school, so when they came home from school we opened presents from each other and then by popular vote spent the rest of the night eating pizza and bowling at the bowling alley on base. The next day we woke up early to deliver Em to the airport. We were able to hit a couple of Christmas Markets in the beginning weeks of December with her and then we did a couple after she left. We thought it was kind of fun how each Christmas Market has their own mug that you can collect, so the collecting motivated Aaron a little more to hit multiple markets rather than to just stay ho...

6 Week Flu

SYMPTONS: FREQUENT VOMITING, EXCESSIVE FATIGUE, NAUSEA, LACK OF MOTIVATION SIDE EFFECTS: HOUSE TURNS INTO A PIG PEN, FAMILY MEMBERS WEAR DIRTY UNDERWEAR FOR SEVERAL DAYS, MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY ARE ACCUSED OF HAVING EATING DISORDERS FROM MALNUTRITION, YOUR BED & COUCH HAVE A PERMANENT INDENT, AND THE CARPET FROM HERE TO THE BATHROOM HAVE A WELL WORN PATH, PEOPLE THINK YOU HAVE FALLEN OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH My friend recently told me there's a chance she "might" be pregnant. When I asked what might meant, she told me it could just be the flu. I laughed at her until I started experiencing the same symptoms. Even after a positive pregnancy test I worried that it might be all in my head. Thank heavens for a trip to the doctor, he confirmed that: WE ARE HAVING BABY NUMBER 2 !!!!!! I apologize to any of you who have asked recently when we are having more kids or why I am sick, and I didn't give you a straight answer . . . well now you know!
