MEMORY KEEPERS!

Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

I remember when we went camping at Bear Lake, and we almost got hit by lightning. I still have that picture of us with our hair standing on end!
I loved canning with you. I bottled my grape juice alone last year. Wanna come over in the fall and make some juice?

I remember when you were born, if you can imagine! You were the sweetest, most precious thing I had ever held in my life. And it only got better from there...
You're an amazing young lady, Anne, and I love you, and your family!

I remember the first time I met you was at a recruiting dinner up at Olive Garden.....I swear that is how I meet everyone for the first time!! Anyways, I thought you were so darling and my husband I think has a man crush on your husband! John always tells me that Aaron is such a stud....he really does love him! We are so glad that we have gotten to know you two this past year. We will see you in August!

two words.... "platinum protection".
yeah, like i said i think i have that thing memorized! i know i give you a hard time about having 'your book' and your phone attached to your ear... but i'm really glad you've been willing to hang out during work hours! when you go i will miss our conversations that have a lot of the "uh... hold that thought for a second while I get this..."! no seriously- so glad that we met. i still remember the first time i saw you from across the way in church- you seemed very prim and proper and very serious... not that you aren't that- but you have been so much fun getting to know! i love you and aaron and your sense of humor. i love your fancy camera too of course! we haven't had a lot of time together- but we do have some memories of making super-capes until 2am, getting the boot out of chick-fil-a, havingin the kids rock out in the van while we tried to hold a conversation... although i'm in denial that you really have to go- i'm going to miss you guys and of course 'my other daughter' emily! i really hope it doesn't end here in memphis. come to seattle!

Sarah - I forgot all about almost getting hit by lightening. Count me in for making juice this fall :)
Telle - Lagoon, it doesn't get much more exciting than that especially when the years before us got to go to Jackson Hole and Lava Hot Springs. Yeah, we got the shaft.
Mother - I knew I could count on you to leave a cheesy comment but that's why I love you
Morgan - I'm glad you'll be back, hopefully we'll be able to hang out more
Emily - We really are so glad we met you too and we hope your serious about Seattle because we talked about coming before you even invited us :)

Sorry about spoiling your game, but could you please call me back and leave your phone # on my cell. I couldn't hear the rest of the # you left on your message.

Sorry again!

PS: for the game: I remember the day we met at the AI Hunger Banquet. You were very interested in what I had to say. I hated being a speaker but I guess that was ok. After talking with you, I felt like I could relate to you...

Ann, I'll never forget our many excursions to the Drive-Inn where we would always sneak in a few of us. But the one that sticks out in my is the one where I was in the trunk of your big yellow boat of a car with, I think it was Brady Jaques and one of his friends, I can't remember. You had quite the array of cars in your day. Loved them all especially when they would beep as you were backing up. Loved that, Bronco convertible, was it? Love ya and hope all is well.

My favorite was our trip to Lava. Remember on the way back your car overheated in Sardine canyon and we had to sit there until it would start again. But we made up for it with our beautiful rendition of Aretha, R-E-S-P-E-C-T. I'm glad you are having fun in Tennessee. We miss you.

p.s. my new blog is givemeforever.blogspot.com
cute idea, I remember when you came to my house for dinner. Emily was in the bathroom and was yelling for mom so i thought. Come to find out she was yelling for vaughn. After you asked her " don't you think that would be a little unconfortable for vaughn". That was so funny.

Well, we go a long ways back so I have a lot of memories together. One of my favorite memories is of You, Em, and me living together for a few months. It was fun spending time with you and getting to know Emmy (even though she didn't really want to get to know me : ). Girls sleep-over party every night!

Love ya,

Chel
